Restaurant-quality Australian oysters are opened, brined using native aromatics, hot-smoked over natural woods and then packed in sunflower oil. Every step is done by hand and only small batches are produced at a time. Shuck Australian Smoked Oysters are delicious on their own with a drink, paired with nibbles like olives or cheese, or used to elevate dishes like pasta and steak sandwiches. Each resealable pack contains at least 12 oysters with a minimum total net weight of at least 50 grams.
