Shuck has been supplying premium quality live oysters to fine dining restaurants throughout the NSW Northern Rivers and Gold Coast regions since 2015.
We carry a wide range of native rock oysters (Sydney Rock Oysters) and Pacific oysters from various estuaries and growing regions. We also specialise in oysters from small quantity, boutique growers of ultra-premium product, like Shane Buckley's amazing Wapengo Certified Organic Wild Rock Oysters from southern NSW.
As well as rock oysters and Pacifics, we also stock (when in season) a range of specialty oyster species including Angasi, Akoya and Quampi.

Please note that due to the premium nature of our product, we prefer to sell our product live and enable you to shuck to order. However, due to an increased demand for pre-opened oysters due to staff shortages through Covid, we have recently introduced a pre-shuck service. Please contact us for more information.
