There's nothing quite as delicious as splashing a little citrusy hit of ponzu sauce over your freshly shucked (or BBQ) oysters. Our house-made ponzu is a special blend of lime juice, mirin, soy, sugar and rice wine vinegar. Each serving contains enough sauce to accompany around two-dozen oysters.
